From 2002-05, we edited the full range of British Army recruitment publications, from careers guides and corps brochures to the widely acclaimed ARMY magazine – the central fulfilment piece of the Army’s youth nurture programme. The title formed the foundation for a huge increase in publications business, with guides, brochures, posters and other recruitment material business being given directly to the magazine’s publisher. In our time as Editor, the magazine also won five APA awards, making it the most decorated magazine in the history of customer publishing.
